Hello,  I am Rhonda. Registered Nurse and Wellness Coach

With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I’ve seen firsthand how chronic illnesses—such as diabetes, heart disease, cancer, depression, and anxiety—continue to rise. The truth is, many of these conditions are preventable, and in some cases, even reversible. 

That’s why I’m passionate about supporting you on your wellness journey.

You give your time and energy to work, house chores, yard work, repairs, your children, partners, family, and friends. By the end of the day, you are worn out—exhausted—leaving little space for your own well-being. It’s no wonder the idea of self-care gets replaced with collapsing on the couch, turning on the TV, or pouring a glass of wine. But imagine what could shift if you gave yourself even a small piece of that same care and attention you give to everyone else.
