Mindfulness

In today's rapid-paced society, we often neglect to pause and appreciate the present moment. This is your opportunity. Pause and enjoy the simple pleasures. Take a moment to inhale deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Begin by counting each breath in and out. Start with 3 breaths, then gradually increase to 1 full minute, then 5 minutes, and so forth. If distracting thoughts arise, that's alright; simply start over until you can breathe without interruptions.
