Many of us conceal our lack of confidence, experiencing negative feelings and self-perceptions throughout our lives.
Here are some strategies to help build and enhance self-confidence:
Interrupt negative self-talk by pausing and reminding yourself of your amazing qualities.
Create and repeat positive affirmations daily, such as "I am enough," "I am beautiful," and "I am smart."
Be kind to yourself and practice self-forgiveness.
Keep a journal of all positive accomplishments daily, including small victories.
Avoid comparing yourself to others; remember, you are uniquely and beautifully made.
Concentrate on your strengths.
